The Quick Trade-In tile for Shopify POS allows merchants to swiftly process trade-ins and create contracts for items.
1. Open ReSelly in Shopify POS
Log into your Shopify POS store.
2. Access the Quick Trade-In Tile
Click on the Quick Trade-In tile from the main dashboard or sidebar menu.
3. Populate the Basics Section
After selecting the Quick Trade-In tile, you'll be redirected the Contract page.
The POS Location field will automatically be populated with your POS device location.
Next, select a customer.

Tip: The Returning Consignor field is a custom field. You can create your own custom fields by navigating to the Settings module on Shopify Admin, and going to the Quick Trade-In section.
4. Add Items
Next, add items to your contract by clicking the Add new button.
After clicking the Add new button, you'll be redirected to a new page where you can input the details of the item:
Example: Brand = Chanel, Product Type = Buyout
Next, enter the Retail Price of the item.
Example: $1500
Tip: After entering your retail price, the Buyout, Store Credit, and Consignment fields will auto-populate amounts based on your pre-configured rules. You can edit your rules by navigating to the Settings module on Shopify Admin, and going to the Contracts section.

After verifying your details, click Save.
You'll be redirected to the main Contract page.
Click Save on the bottom of the page to save the quick trade-in contract.
After clicking the Add new button, you'll be redirected to a new page where you can input the details of the item:
5. Verify your Contract
After saving your quick trade-in contract, you will be able to view it in the Contracts tile.
