Store Credit

The Store Credit tile allows merchants to issue and manage store credits within their Shopify store.

1. Open ReSelly in Shopify POS

• Log into your Shopify POS store.

2. Access the Store Credit Tile

• Click on the Store Credit tile from the main dashboard or sidebar menu.

3. Create Adjustments

• On the Customers page, you'll be able to view a list of all your customers.

• Select a customer you'd like to create a store credit adjustment for.

Example: Karine Ruby

• In this page, you'll be able to view the customer's store credit history.

• To create a new adjustment, click the Create New button.

• Next, select a Type of adjustment.

Example: Contract

• In the New Amount section, choose between set or adjust by.

• Set will create a balance and adjust by will adjust a customer's existing balance.

Example: Adjust by, $100

• In the Note section, enter an optional note.

• Once you entered all necessary details, click the Save button.

• You will see a confirmation prompt saying Store credit created.

4. Verify the store credit.

• The store credit you created will now appear in the customer's list of customer adjustments.
