The Store Credit module allows merchants to issue and manage store credits within their Shopify store.
1. Open ReSelly from Shopify Admin
Log in to your Shopify store and go to your Shopify Admin Dashboard.
Navigate to Apps in the left sidebar and select ReSelly from the list of installed applications.
2. Access the Store Credit Module
Click on the Store Credit module from the main dashboard or sidebar menu.
3. Create a Gift Card
On the Store Credit Adjustment page, click the New Gift Card button on the upper right-hand corner.
This will open up a dialogue box where you can enter your Gift Card information.
In the Customer field, enter your customer name.
Example: Karine Ruby
Next, populate the Type field.
Example: Contract
In the New Amount section, choose between set or adjust by.
Set will create a balance and adjust by will adjust a customer's existing balance.
Example: Set, $100
In the Note section, enter an optional note.
Once you entered all necessary details, click the Create button.
4. Export the Gift Card if Required
After saving the gift card, it will display in the Store Credit home page.
Select the gift card by clicking the check box. Then click Export.
This opens up a CSV file which you can download.
