Email Settings

1. Open ReSelly from Shopify Admin

  • Log in to your Shopify store and go to your Shopify Admin Dashboard.

  • Navigate to Apps in the left sidebar and select ReSelly from the list of installed applications.

2. Access the Settings Module

  • Click on the Settings module from the main dashboard or sidebar menu.

3. Navigate to the Emails section

  • Navigate to the Emails section in the Settings homepage.

4. Configure Email Settings

  • In the From Title bar, customize the name that will display in the email's From title.

  • In the Reply-To Email bar, set your default store email.

Example: ReSelly, mystore@example.com

  • In the Emails to CC bar, enter the emails you'd like to set as CC emails as a default.

  • You can enter multiple emails by seperating the list with a comma.

5. Configure When Emails Will be Sent

  • Select whether you'd like to send emails on draft or approved.

Example: Send email on approved

6. Contract Location Reply-To

  • Enter another Reply-To email based on other store locations here.

7. Contract Template

  • Customize your contract template using Liquid.
