1. Open ReSelly from Shopify Admin
Log in to your Shopify store and go to your Shopify Admin Dashboard.
Navigate to Apps in the left sidebar and select ReSelly from the list of installed applications.
2. Access the Settings Module
Click on the Settings module from the main dashboard or sidebar menu.
3. Navigate to the Contracts section
Navigate to the Contracts section in the Settings homepage.
4. Configure the Draft Statuses
The top of the page contains the General section, where you can configure draft statuses, brands, product types, and sizes.
To configure Draft Statuses, type a status into the field that aligns with your business needs.
Example: Awaiting Approval
Click the + button to add the status.
After adding the status, click Save.
5. Add Brands
In the Brands section, you can manually add common brands sold in your store, or import a CSV file by clicking Import.
You can also export your brands into a CSV file by clicking Export.
After adding your brands, click Save.
6. Add Product Types
In the Product Types section, you can enter product types that are commonly carried in your store.
You can do so manually by typing the product type in, or importing a CSV file by clicking Import.
You can also export your product types into a CSV file by clicking Export.
Example: Product Type = Wallet
After adding your product types, click Save.
7. Add Sizes
In the Sizes section, enter the sizes carried in your store.
You can do so manually by typing the product type in, or importing a CSV file by clicking Import.
You can also export your product types into a CSV file by clicking Export.
Example: Medium
After adding your sizes, click Save.
8. Configure Customer Display Metafields
In the Customer Display Metafields section, enter custom metafields that will display alongside the customer.
Separate multiple metafields with a comma.
Example: custom.customermf
9. Configure Contract rules
In the Default Contract Type section, you can choose what your default contract will be each time you create a contract.
You can choose between Buyout, Consignment, and Store Credit.
Example: Buyout
In the Hidden Contract Types field, choose what contract type to hide in your contract. If you never use a Store Credit contract for example, you can hide that here.
Next, configure contract rules that best suit your business. Your contract amounts will be automatically calculated and populated based on your product's Retail Price when creating a contract.

10. Set your default Currency amount
In the Currency field, select your shop's currency type.
11. Set your Gift Card Template Suffix
In the Gift Card Template Suffix field, enter a suffix that best suits your business needs.
12. Create Custom Fields
Custom fields allow you to add additional information to your products and store beyond Shopify's default options. They provide tailored options that allow you to better manage and display the information relevant to your business needs.
In the Contract Custom Fields section, create custom fields by clicking the + New Field button.
This custom field allows you to customize fields that appear on your contracts.
In the Contract Item Custom Fields section, create custom fields by clicking the + New Field button.
This field allows you to customize fields that appear on your line items.

12. Set your Publications
In the Publications section, select between Online Store, Point of Sale, Shop, or None
13. Liquid Customizations
Lastly, customize your liquid code if required.
